Challenge

Global investment banking company Credit Suisse wanted to humanize the often dry world of financial storytelling for its content marketing site, The Financialist.

Solution

As The Financialist ‘s managing editor, I produced, scripted and edited a series of short films that profiled artisans and entrepreneurs. For the video Carmine Guitars, I focused my team on telling the story of one of the last guitar makers in New York City in the unique West Village neighborhood. The storied area has changed since his shop opened more than 40 years ago, but this maker’s dedication to craft remains unshaken.
